Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Grocery Orders: Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once processed, cancellations may not be possible.
• 15-Minute Delivery: Orders must be canceled within a very short window after placing them to ensure timely delivery.
• Shops & Aladay Food: Cancellations are allowed only if the order has not been dispatched or prepared.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion for reasons such as product availability issues, payment issues, or incorrect information. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
