  • Grocery & 15-Minute Delivery Orders: Refunds are possible only if the product is damaged, expired, or wrong items were delivered.
  • Shops: If an item is found to be faulty or not as described, a refund or replacement may be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Aladay Food: Refunds will be processed if the order is incorrect, incomplete, or the food item is spoiled.
